Sarah has been vegan for a little over a year, and she doesn’t intend to stop anytime soon! She is a liberal arts student at Tufts University where she is working towards a self-designed bachelors degree in Environmental Studies, Nutrition and Occupational Therapy. In addition to her busy academic life, she is also a track & field hammer thrower, 7-year yogi, former distance runner and sports enthusiast! She’s always looking for ways to change up her workout routines, all while maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle fueled with quality vegan foods.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys yoga, baking, reading, shopping for exercise clothes and coffee dates. She also has a cute little dog named Snowflake, and she’s happy to share photos if asked. 🙂
